Active Integrative Medicine (AIM) is a Retainer Medical Practice. This practice is not insurance. As such, AIM may not bill insurance or the Medicare/Medicaid programs. AIM’s Members are, also, not allowed to submit claims to their insurer for any service(s) included in the membership. AIM provides only the limited scope of primary care services specified in our direct primary care agreement. Members must pay for all services not specified in the direct primary care agreement. AIM or the Members shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time, provided that AIM or the Members provides the other with 30 days prior written notice of such termination.
